Pat McCaw is the fourth of five children. He was born and raised in the southwest suburbs of Minneapolis where he continues to live today. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in business and has worked in the business field for several years prior to becoming and agent and broker with DMS Realtors®. Formerly an agent with Edina Realty, he saw that he could serve his customers much better and have more autonomy if he owned his own brokerage. “One of the reasons that I got into this business is because I knew that one day I would need to sell my own house and I didn’t want some realtor to take all of my equity.” Hence, McCaw Real Estate Services, Inc (a.k.a. DMS Realtors®) was born. Pat wanted a company that could offer the same services and expertise (or more) than the larger brokerages without charging the prices that these firms charge. Pat also has many years of experience in landscaping and has a knack for knowing how to increase the curb appeal and value of a house from the outside in! His personal experience with investment property lends him naturally to assist those interested in acquiring investment property for themselves.
Family and faith are very important to Pat. He is very close with his family, and has been involved with the music team at his church for over five years. Pat enjoys sports, being outdoors, and especially enjoys the water where he loves to go boating, skiing, and wakeboarding!
