Patrick was born and raised in the Southwest Suburbs of Minneapolis and Graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Business. He started in real estate in 2003 with one of the larger real estate companies. He soon realized that he could deliver better service at a lower price if he went out on his own. "One of the reasons I got into real estate is because I knew that one day I would need to sell my own house and didn't want some realtor to take all of my equity." Hence, DMS Realtors was created.
